As a qualified primary teacher of 9 years, Tamsyn (Bachelor of Education (Primary)/ Bachelor of Child & Family Studies, Masters of Teaching) has worked with children from age 3 to year 6 in her time as a classroom teacher, reading intervention specialist, and outdoor play educator before obtaining her Masters in Teaching, specialising in Reading & Literacy in 2020. She has been tutoring Primary aged students since 2015, and took a short break to pursue her mixed-media art business Wild Clover Collective in 2021 where she found a love for art she didn't know existed! Tamsyn is now excited to bring her new-found artistic flair to her tutoring with our after-school art and craft lessons for Primary students. She is particularly passionate about creating fun, hands-on learning experiences for students that help make tricky concepts enjoyable, and meeting students where they are at, not where a worksheet says they should be.
